Yes. Health professionals, support coordinators, family members and participants themselves can all submit a referral through our simple online referral form. Once received, our team makes contact within one business day to begin the conversation, confirm funding and goals, and arrange the first meeting.
After your first conversation, we usually arrange an introductory meeting within a few days. Once we understand your interests and match the right support worker, community access can often begin within one to two weeks, depending on availability and your preferred schedule.
Both. Many participants start with 1:1 support to build confidence, then transition into small group activities as they feel ready. Some prefer to stay 1:1 long-term, and others love the social energy of a group straight away. We tailor the format to what works for you.
